Painting

Date

February 2026

Acrylic paint on canvas board

12" x 9"

"Textured Glass" was the first painting I did after a mini art hiatus due to personal medical issues. Coming back to painting, I wanted to practice painting with a looser gesture, removing the pressure of perfection, while also minimizing the vastness of my color palette. Within this softness, I chose to depict the obscured haziness you experience when looking through textured glass.
